OceanWeb Technologies, founding company for
EasternHRM.com and 207.ns.ca, is a visual
communications company operating from a seaside studio in
Seaforth, Nova Scotia. It was founded by
Shelley Fraser in 1997, and continues to grow under her leadership.
Since its inception, OceanWeb has translated corporate marketing objectives into
highly effective design solutions, and always stayed the
course by delivering effective marketing techniques,
strategies and technologies. It is the intention for both
EasternHRM.com and 207.ns.ca to provide a cost effective on-line
advertising solution to businesses operating in the Eastern HRM
